I would have held RM till about 4am our time. On the theory that it might take some time.

It's just a little fun. Nothing too serious.
Us PM stackers are currently in a long, cold winter...

    Pretty much.

I've made all my money in Bitcoin that I wanted to. Capital has been covered multiple times.

This is all just seeing how far I can push it now.

Perhaps you have forgotten that the entire point of a pump and dump is to enrich the pump&dumper

If you are not part of the group doing the pumping you are going to lose
They are trying to make themselves richer and you poorer - that's the whole point

Of course. Some sheep need to be sheared in the dumping.
I had bought my "coins" the day before at a good price. I came out ahead, so did Trew. Monkey was the one who got some of his backside shaved!
Well it's amusing at the least and gives us something to do while silver languishes in the basement.

I bought a silver eagle yesterday. My first. Do you want to talk about that?
Yeah, I didn't think so, either.

If you want to trade pumps at least look at the market depth first, XPM and TRC were good pumps as the books were thin.

XPM probably won't pump again though as I know a large holder who is going to sell into every one, he got rid of 85K last night for a start.

FTC was never ever going to work as the ask book was like a minefield, fontas knew that but was hoping to capitalise on the TRC/XPM success and unload his giant FTC bag.

Play this stuff smart and you guys can make a lot of cash, trust me.

All the decent altcoin action is pretty much at BTC-E these days.

If you like 90 different coins, huge spreads, low volume and patience then Cryptsy is good.

Its a risky game, most people lose money so a few can profit.

Eh...I think we know to be more cautious this time. But to be honest, there aren't that many alt coins he could pump.
My guess is TRC, since that is going to be phased out from BTC-E on Dec 1.

    * Should be easy to pump as the activity on it is small.
    * It will sort of be a last "hurrah" to send the currency off.

XPM could be a potential candidate too.

Doubt he has that much influence anymore.

Back in the day, sure. But Litecoin is now a billion dollar crypto.

He's even advising people to sell/take profit on his Twitter - hardly something a pumper would say.

Yeah the FTC pump was a stupid plan.
Unless all those compounded sells were his, which turns out they were not.
It was obvious to never work untill whoever owns all of them wants it too...
I really Like XPM I think their is alot of potential there. Also Looking at buying some opensource coins from Coinex, Still cheap and room for growth..

No...that's it, they lost momentum. They wanted 12 on the way to 15, they got 10.7
People are bailing because obviously, no one wants to be on the dump side.

I think BTC will be the one to watch tonight, currently trading on BTC-E at $200 below Gox (normally $70-$100 below Gox) Nobody has the capital to manipulate BTC, but I think with recent movements (LTC +$40) some might consider it somewhat undervalued....
