I have never said I believe in door to door confiscation. Too much trouble, and blood.

Though if I were them I would put every registered PM owner in a sanatorium and the local shop would be selling good food only for PM. They did similar thing in Russia. They called those stores "TORGSIN". They just made all the country as a huge sanatorium. If one wanted to eat good he had to go there and volunteer his stash. :)

Considering computerization nowadays all of us are on file. Except may be for the most careful few. So maybe this time they just collect "those evil hoarders who are trying to suck the people's blood" for a reeducation. The way they had tested it out in China.

But with the depositories it is very big difference. They are as if custom made to be had by the socialists.

Very few who frequent forums like this are not common at all. Those are smart kind. Rest, the majority of the people, are very ready for commissars and will embrace their religion with enthusiasm.

No, it is not because of some particular program. Everything connected to England is socialistic by design. It is just the nature of the beast.
They managed to subvert even the USA for the 100 years.

Australia has never known what is freedom.

Like China and Russia. Those people never had a chance. They were and are slaves. They have never had a tradition of freedom and sovereign citizenry. They have been only faithful subjects.

Now the USA has a chance. Very small though. English traitors has been working very hard and smart all this time. To dumb down the people. They have done a very nice job! :(

Sparrow, seriously man, check out guardian vaults in Melbourne.

They are private, confidential and have excellent technology.

They don't know what's in your box so they can give it away to any government. You are the only one who owns a key also.

Atleast you will have peace of mind knowing that it hasnt been washed away, dug up or exposed by wind etc.

Commissars will find out. All they can do really good is to take other people's money. How smart should they be to figure out that in the vaults could be some good stuff? :D

It seems you are forgetting that I am preparing for a new time.

"bosses" - Perth Mint, WA Govt or Federal Govt?

Not trying to convince you to stay in Depository forever, just I think you are jumping the gun if you're looking to move it right now.

It has nothing to do with the Perth Mint.

I had heard about your prime minister, or something. With mining industry nationalization.

I expect to have crash of the dollar any moment. Though they, the cabal, are very smart and resourceful and it could last 10 more years. What's the rational to wait? Really.

Those German Jews, who waited for too long eventually had an opportunity to sort their PM out in a camp's warehouse. :D

I personally managed to escape 5 months BEFORE an empire collapse.

It seems now I will have to do it again, in a way, escaping from another kind of empire. Anglo-American empire of fraud.

hmmm.....door to door is a metaphorical example not a literal one....just as one might say "the tax man is knocking on my door." The tax man may actually knock at doors in some countries and perhaps may even shed blood, but not likely here. Sorry for the confusion with colloquial language. :/

But as GP says, it is a bit inappropriate to compare Australia to other countries, much less China, when you have not lived here. For example, if you were an Australian resident my use of ''door to door'' may not have seemed so literal - if that is indeed how you interpreted that sentence.

As for Russia (and surrounding countries) - many immigrants from those countries arrived in Australia after WWII and populated the country quite successfully with their families and descendants - and we are still here - precisely because Australia is not Russia or China, and is unlikley to be in the manner suggested.

That had nothing to do with nationalisation, just a tax grab on mining profits. In fact, look at what happened - the prime minister was sacked by his party and the proposal watered down. I think it shows Australian's, while not loving rich gits, know that business means jobs.

Gold mining in WA employs lots of people, so think what the response would be by WA people if Federal (they are not Perth Mint's "bosses") try and nationalise gold mines?

Rationale to wait is that you currently have just about zero risk of theft of gold in Perth Mint but some risk with moving and burying it. Immediate US dollar crash still will not result in immediate Aussie gold confiscation IMO.

Kevin Rudd, Julia Gillard - long way from being Bron's boss.

Mining industry nationalisation - I'll let someone else explain this in more detail than I could...but nationalisation is not quite the same thing as a new tax, whatever the miners might like to have us think.

I think there might even be a thread here somewhere if you do a search.

You wouldn't expect the paying customers to do their own shovel-work though would you Bron? Some canapes and champagne or beer (Premium, not that Swan Light shite) and a deck chair to sit on while your guide does the digging would be more attractive to the holiday maker. :)

It used to be that antisemitism was the standard barometer for a nations tolerance level and bigotry.

Australia is still imo one of the most bigotted countries on earth. The Cronulla riots, the Indian student bashings, and vocal anti Muslim/mosque stances are but visible manifestations of the bigotry.

There you go - Bron got in first anyway.

Was going to add that the reaction of the voters made a difference - this is why we are not China.

Intelligencer I agree with you 100% that there are some sectors of the population that exhibit bigotry. And, like any iceberg there is always more below the surface.

Certainly that was experienced years ago by immigrants as well. No doubt many of todays bigots are dealing out the same treatment that was experienced, perhaps by their parents or grandparents, but to a different cultural group.

Sadly, there are still many people who think that to be a bit different is to be a fair target, whether it is your language, skin colour, food or if you are a teenager wearing the wrong style of clothes.

However, for the most part I was speaking more of the ongoing political and economic situation that also forced many non Jews to also seek lives elsewhere. All together it is a much more complicated discussion with many variables.

Note- sorry didn't include original quote - still figuring that bit out.

I dont' know what countries you've lived in, but Australia doesn't seem vastly different to other places I've been and lived in as far as bigotry goes. You name a country that has a multi-cultural population that hasn't had several events like the ones you mention?

    Do not get offended. :)

I explained specifically the historical reason why only the USA has something special in it's tradition which can be used to religiously inspire its people if circumstances are favorable for that. This is why England has done so much to destroy the USA. Very successfully. This is why we do not see any of that in the USA's practice now. Their Constitution is dead. Almost. They have become like all the English subjects. Free In Name Only (FINO).

I am not implying that people of the USA are in any way better of that of Australia. Not at all.

I am just saying that Russians and Australians are able to draw from very similar slavery traditions only. They had no historical traditions of freedom. I am not considering communist Russian and socialist Australian past as an experience of freedom.

The England empire created the USSR and communist China just as a little bit different flavor of the Australian socialism to create a useful tension. There is no difference in psychology of them.

By the way, am I correct that Australia is still under the rule of the Queen? :)

Maybe we have had a bit different sources?

    It could explain the shock.:D

    Sorry.

But do not worry. The socialist paradigm is quite stable because it does not rely on the rational and historical facts. I know I had been there.

My new one is the result of 20 years of free reading.
