I agree I'm afraid to say. When Obama was overhead saying words to the Russians to the effect that I won't have to worry about the next election soon and I'll sort out our deal then, the thought occurred to me that financial or potential terrorist threats before november could institute a state of emergency with Obama incumbent for quite a while - he signed the Act that allows it a short while ago. Something similar worked for you know who back in Germany. A lot depends on how the FEMA and Homeland Security drills are progressing I imagine.
