No roll exists of the 90 kooks.They were issued in square capsule joined together.

I was thinking about that as I've only ever seen them slabbed individually and always wondered how they came originally.

If I remember correctly there were rolls of earlier year's kooks re-minted in later years.

Looks like the re-minted ones didn't reach the actual 300k cap on all years though before they changed policy.
At least from Wikipedia the total values listed make sense as the 1991 cap WAS reached via re-minted stock.
