    And if such conditions can be simulated in a lab, we will have gold and silver produced without limit! Even so, I doubt to the degree of fiat bills though.

    you can also make gold by blasting neutrons into mercury..

    but it is currently too expensive..

    Someday mankind will not be able to mine silver and gold on earth... We are regressing at a fast rate due to energy constraints

    Or.. maybe someday gold and silver will no longer valued as precious metal..but the extinct prehistoric substances :D
