Will NGC grade milk spots

    Have a few nice pandas with one or two small milk spots,can ncs and ngc grade them and remove them,this may have been covered before somewhere in the forums

    From my experience NCS cannot remove milk spots.
    NGC will slab them but you will receive a grade no higher than a 67 if you're lucky most probably a 66.
    They are a lot stricter on coins with milk spots now.

    Therefore if your coins have milk spots better just to leave them as they are and not throw any more $ down the drain by sending them to NCS/NGC

    +1 the only exception to that might be if they are a rare variety and you have good cost in them............

    I have to agree with silver fever ncs seems to be able to lesson the spots but not remove them completely and it does seem that spotted coins are being heavily downgraded.. Those damn spots!!
