I just bought some SLR and KCN today too. I believe that the bottom of gold and silver is in and think the miners will react first on the rebound.

Investors see value in battered gold stocks

Nick Sas, The West Australian July 4, 2013, 7:34 am

"Investors are tentatively dipping their toes back into WA's battered gold stocks, with some of Perth's biggest names recording welcome gains this week on the back of a more stable gold price."

"Despite a bear market yesterday, which pushed some gold stocks lower, some of the biggest losers out of the April gold squeeze have seen their share prices back in the black on consecutive days for the first time in months."

"Shares in Silver Lake Resources, which has seen its value plummet to four-year lows, have gained 10 so far this week, while hard-hit Perth-based producers Medusa Mining and Regis Resources also registered slight gains."

Sold a few recently acquired shares at the opening ($0.65) looking for a better entry price (mid$0.50's) to bring my average cost down a bit more locking in a nice little profit doing so
    Volatile times

Gold will probably have to complete its correction (touch 1150 usd) - once thats done - hopefully then its free to start moving up - we still have people selling into the rallies

Worst case bonce off 1000 - but whats another 200 bucks ! Seriously im inoculated from caring at this point

Yeah I've given up watching the PM market at the moment and seeing red in my ledger, too much volatility.....also getting too many grey hairs of what hair I have left lol

I've come to the same conclusion SS to come back in 6-12 mths and re-evaluate then (in the mean time put the $$$ under the mattress)

But must admit I'll keep an eye on some Telco's and certain energy players to look for a buy in.

    Couldn't resist $0.605
Grabbed quite a few more this time, dramatically pulling down my average buy in price
    Good luck to all holders

Well the tide has definitely turned on my account, a good few k in the green now and still holding 25k of shares
Thinking we will soon see a big price retracement on POG IMO so any holders of Aussie mid caps producing at a profit will do very well
    Go you good thing!

Set for some healthy gains today. So tempting to sell it for a quick profit but there is still so much potential. If spot rises gradually, could soon be back over $1. If spot stays, should still hover around 0.875?

Any thoughts? I feel like buying this is like buying paper gold on margin. ..
