Which mint makes the Palau coins ( e.g. Tiffany Art, Mineral Art)?

How to order these coins from the mint in order to get this coin for the mint price?

By the way I would be very curios to know how much is "mint price"........ today Tiffany Art coins are so requested that as soon as they are out price starts at $300-400 everywhere. I have never seen a dealer so far proposing Tiffany Art coins for $100-120 which is in my opinion a reasonable price for 2 oz silver coin with glass insert and those reliefs etc.
And I still don't understand why the price for Mineral Art IV - Kremlin is getting more and more high every week! People is going crazy for the Kremlin??? :)

    Alex.

Tiffany Art & the like are made by a German mint from what I understand
I bought the first Tiffany art coin from a dealer for $75
Flipped it on fleebay for $3800
I would never hold one of these as a collection ;)

Because the price on these has been dropping over the longterm ,it's only the first year that gets that kind of premium ,
