Are there any places to sell rhodium other than GS? They're now selling at 94% spot...

I’m thinking of Kitco - but looking at the bid price it is well under 9k USD there. You could try calling KJC in Sydney.

The price action is pretty steep at the moment. If GS is *buying* at 94% of spot then that might not be so bad considering spot has jumped about 40% in 2 weeks

I made an error in my original post; it should say they're *buying* at 94%.

    I'm looking at selling.

Take the 94% of spot. I highly doubt any bullion dealer will offer you spot and it will be very hard to sell on here with the current high price.
I had a 1oz on here and didn't sell or even an enquiry. Had to go to a local bullion company. Think I got 97% of spot

97% of spot is very good. In Singapore, I can only get 96-97% of spot even for platinum, which is ridiculous.

I would prefer 94% of spot now than 97% of spot when it was $2,500 :D

Try calling Bullion Now in Melbourne and see what they can offer. Same building as Goldstackers

Are you sure GS is buying at 94% of spot? From their website buyback is more like 75%

I enquired recently about selling Rhodium at KJC. They offered me $15 000 aud per ounce. Yet at the time they were selling an ounce on their website for $31 000.

I think i will just hang on to my Rhodium thanks KJC lol

I didn't ask them about anything specific, just 1 oz of Rhodium, and they mentioned it is very hard to sell is Australia, but they may have interest at 15 000.

Mine are just some Baird 1 oz bars

As it turned out, barriers to sale such as drastic spreads, difficulty for sellers to find a ready middleman, intimidating prices ended up being fuel on the fire

I’d say there is a fair bit of supply locked up by silly barriers

Price is heading towards double in 12 months and no end in sight for now
