Where to find antique dealers to buy a particular ladies vanity set (brush, mirror, comb)?

I wish to purchase a sterling silver antique vanity set for my wife. i.e. With a hair brush, hand mirror, and a comb. So I'm trying to find where antique dealers and/or collectors of such items frequent.

I was browsing ebay and found this brush: http://www.ebay.com/itm/182229120388 ... If that originally came as a set, it would be perfect. She would be over the moon with that pattern. (The more modern they get, the less attractive they seem.)

I've found places online that will repair cracks, replace missing bristles in the brush, etc. But where to focus my search: where can I find experts/collectors of such things!? (First to find out if it ever existed as a set, and second, where I can find people that resell such items.)
