where to buy silver in Europe?

    Hi. I am new to buying silver, I live in Bosnia & Herzegowina, Europe (but outside of EU). Where is the cheapest ad safest to buy silver coins and bars? I bought from Europesilverbullion.com in Estoina so far.... Thanks!

    Yes, but I am having problem finding a dealer who will shipp to Boania and Herzegowina. So far ony europesilverbullion.com shipps to my country, but shipping is way to high - 42$. Can you give me few links where I can buy silver in Europe and shipped to Bosnia? Thanks.
