You could do a reverse auction (IE invite tenders) . Post a thread with title something like "WTB - PAMP silver" in the public sale forum whose name escapes me, Australia and New Zealand (public) or something. In the thread explain what you want. Then sit back and let the market set the price. You should be able to get some PAMP for pretty close to spot price, maybe plus $30 + postage or something like that. There's always someone who needs fiat for something or wants to crystallize some profits or what have you.
re scrap silver, are you talking about sterling silver silverware, spoons and cups n stuff? If they aren't collectable or antique, I'd look up the diff between melt value and spot value, you'd usually want to pay at most melt value (I confess I don't know what it is, but I'd guess it is something like 5%-10% less than spot.
Highly unlikely you can get Pamp for spot and with CK and Aurora et Luna placing a floor on the pamp bars (spot +40) if I remember right. Getting a bit higher than that would be pretty good.
Abc Bullion sell Pamp but be prepared to wait for delivery as there is very high demand. abcbullion.com.au
^ Yeah, got my first PAMP 1KG bars from ABC. Was unaware of most the other dealers at the time, but they were cheaper than most for PAMPs. Looking to purchase PMs from here in the future.....
