Nice video. I'm on record as saying I like the guy, but I don't listen to any one person when formulating my opinions and decisions. I will continue to listen to him and others, as many as I can to educate myself and get as big a picture as I can. Thanks again for the post mate. One thing I can't understand is why someone would sell just because the price pulls back, seems highly irrational unless you've bet the rent money on a short term gain which is foolish IMO as well.
