I have had many thoughts on such scenario as to my actions . Throw in the towel and call it a day...As they say you gave got to know when to hold it and know when to walk away. Would this be the time to walk away..Mind you, I don't think we will ever see $4 oz again...Oh! thats right never say never.

After a lot of thought, here will be my plan of action so that I can cover the lowest base.

Take my $10 state coins to the bank, get $10 fiat and then straight over to the Silver Shop to load up the truck worth $4 oz silver...I have currently enough $10 state coins to cover my entire stack.

Ah! Am I been too clever by half.

    Good plan/ bad plan.. ??????

    Like to hear you views!

Oh it would be a good plan but $4 silver would only if HUGE contraction of the money supply meaning massive deflation.

If the $4 is relative to this current inflation then party time! Paying $5 for a kook would make my day!

I probably wouldn't do anything. Not worth the effort to sell it at that point, unless I desperately needed cash.

If you had $10 state coins you would be mad if you didn't take them to the bank, get $10 fiat for them then go and exchange them at the silver shop for 2.5 ozs silver...In other words, I'm swapping .6oz silver for 2.5ozs silver. A bargain it would be.

You've obviously given this a lot of thought. $4 physical silver... the bullion dealers loss will be your gain. Hee hee hee... Just like in 2008, when silver went down to $9 oz, loads of people were backing up their trucks, loading up on physical at $9 per oz. Hee hee hee...

They were doing that weren't they? ie: loading up trucks with physical priced at $9 per oz.

You've done the research. Please advise if folks were backing up their trucks. Thanks.

I would fill my coat pockets with 100oz silver bars
and take a swan dive off the Golden Gate Bridge.
Go out with flair, that's what I say.

I'd buy 100 oz of silver at once!
myriad of bullion coins of different dates and types ...
then set them aside for the next 20 years ...

in 20 years I'll come here and sell ... with at the time bargain prices )))

I'm hoping it does go to $4 because I currently own none.

I'd be buying as much as I could get my hands on.

I would build a small house out of 1kg bars. Or maby a silver brick road?! Treat it like Lego!
Seriously. My DCA is AU29$, so I would & am trying to bring that down. Holding fiat & waiting for the big drop.

A better question is it feasible for silver to go that low for any length of time. I suspect at 4 dollars there would much less production and it would be unsustainable and the environment would be such that you'd want to hang on to your tangible assets.

I'll be checking for kookaburro to post that he didn't really sell at $26, but now wants to get out before it goes to 0.

If anyone can extract, refine and mint a bar for $4 they diserve to go out of business :)

$4 wont ever happen - the aamount of supply that will be cut off because of uneconomical status will force the price back up.

industrial demand alone means silver has to be over $10 according to supply/demand fundies
