What's the reason gilded Koalas are not wanted?

    I've noticed the PM still has heaps in stock all the way from 2010 , how come no one wants them?

    Haha me too, I'm considering buying a few gilded ones.

    Could be something to do with the fact that it's $22 worth of silver and and 3cents worth of gold for $87.50,
    I am however putting together a lunar series 2 gilded set

    Yeah, I believe people who are going to buy it as numis or semi-numis will put in a couple extra bucks and go proof

    I've never seen a high relief, are these coins just thicker with more detail in the design?

    They Have a much smaller diameter compared to a normal 1oz coin, thicker, and the detail pretty much pops out at you
