What is this PN 92? Only 500 set made in 1992? Is this Silver or alloy? It is 0.321 oz. or 10.2 gram in weight.

There is nothing on the website. Did a bit of research. It is call A COA Plaque, which only come with proof set What is this made of? All I can figure out the first letter P= Proof, second letter N = Nugget , follow by two digits number which is the year The bottom digit of the plaque is the set authentic number or COA number. This one come with Proof Platinum Coins. The below comes from Koala set, note PK P= Proof K = Koala
