What! COA number 164, that set was stolen from me five years ago!

(This is a joke and only for those people who think that a coin without a COA must be stolen :) )

I have the opportunity to buy such a set. First I offered a change. The goat set against a brand new dragon Lunar 2 set. I thougt this was a good deal for both sides and my exchange partner thought the same. However, now he prefers 500 Euro ( = 620 Aus$). What you think about this? Is it worth so much, or should I wait?

About $300 is what id pay for it, there are sites like on the internet where you can buy the COAs and empty boxes, so i don't really take these into account when buying anymore.
