I wouldnt class myself as a perma bull. Just checked your post history and its basically 3 pages of "gold is doomed" If you dont like gold why are you wasting your own time and everyone elses by coming here? Perhaps you can find another forum more in tune with your needs.
Leon, don't go down that road. Just keep your head up and making good calls, that speaks much more than this type of unecessary stuff. This is the point where it can degrade. Keep your cool dude..
True colours. If you framed you analysis without the derogatory remarks you may get taken more seriously, however your smart smug attitude just paints you as a Troll and thats all you are a WUM.
Following is an update to what happened in the past six weeks; based on gold futures report. And a possible path of gold price, for the rest of this year. Source:
Wow, another smackdown; gold is hammered to US$1,088 now. Anyone still have questions on weekly gold futures report ?
No need.... I see further smacking on the way at the rate it's going. Aud$47K coming up... So possible -$3k... Not surprise.... But good when buys kilo...
yah.. i'm holding off purchases and selling right now... building up some reserves and going to wait and see!
I have noticed your comments about selling and am curious. Are you selling paper? Or are you selling physical? Selling paper is just fine, but if you are selling physical (as this is how i read it) then you are making a huge mistake UNLESS they are recent purchases for flipping. I buy and sell no matter what the market is doing because i like to keep free metals. I can do this as i buy one day and sell days later. I get the impression you are selling YOUR stack in the hope that you will make money to buy back more later and this could get you stuck with LESS. Just curious.
I've been doing so with physical but I buy and sell anyways. I'm not selling the entire stack, just hedging a little and rebalancing. I already sold last week so the selling is paused. I locked in some profits from earlier. I dabble in both paper and physical. At the current price, I could get quite a few more ounces, but i'm not intending to at the moment. I just sold some bullion coins but still have others, numi's semi-numis. Now that manufacturing has caught up we're flooded with supply. The premiums have dropped back down in to the .89c range - $2.49 range. Now it doesn't make sense to sell or buy, just a little patience to see what happens over the next few weeks and building up some cash. Gold & silver went from a High to Near Low in a week. If there's no bounce, its going lower, which I expect it to go. No shortage in gold or silver right now so rebuying a little later seems like a better option for me. I've been picking up discounted graded fractional gold while others are buying bullion, but now that's on hold.
