Absolutely and with energy costs on the increase, combined with all the low lying fruit already picked (and destroyed), it will only get more expensive.
this makes me wonder how high the POS shoot up if/ when big money and the general public pile in demanding physical due to the fact that it takes years to start up a mine since all the "low lying fruit" has already been picked.
