Well I got out of the landscape construction business just after the 2008 collapse, things started to slow, the writing was on the wall then, I decided to set myself up within the dairy industry. At the time people thought i was mad, I was looking forward a few years to what was going to happen, and is happening now.
3 years ago, while negotiating with my current employer I said to them that by 2013 the building industry will be turned on its head.
This is just the start of what is going to get much worse.

It was very difficult to effectively communicate this message to even relatives in this industry just two years ago. Many people are deceived by the arguments made by politicians and their handymen.

''I think it'll get much worse yet and the amount of people looking for work will get a lot higher,'' he said.

Don't worry, China will save us.
