Like I said in another post, mintage isn't everything.

To be honest, it looks like generic bullion.

Minted for the Native American Mint by a German mint (possibly Bayer), they're definitely not legal tender.
It's an okay design, but not a fan personally. Can see the appeal however, as it's certainly something different.

Mintage not everything, but worth something. LOL. I have one of the 5 oz Niue Gilded Lunar Horse...a real beauty, and only 500 minted...bought it for 350.00, recently sold for 1,500.00! A lot of factors sure, but one of which is 500 minted. :)

Haha. Surely you won't want to compare the gilded lunar horse to this coin?

Great now all Bernard von NotHaus has to do is marry a native, and I can buy some reminted Liberty dollars without paying a big premium?

LOL. No sir. But, I think mintage does play a role in buying PM's...but many other factors too. :)

One of the reasons Bernie got in trouble is because he used the word "dollar" on the liberty coins.

This mob may find themselves in similar hot water.
