I've seen a few commentators say that the current bouncing down on to resistance in the US dollar is literally a bounce or die event. Is it hyperbole to say that if the dollar breaks below 75ish that it's game set match?
Isn't the game already up? Realistically speaking, the game was up some time ago. For my estimation, I would assume the supposed 'resistance' at present isn't so much about holding on for dear life with the USD, but rather keeping it propped up as long as possible so that other holders of US dollars have the time needed to dump it all into alternative currencies and assets, without causing a panic.
