Hardly call a 10% move in a company that's been in a decline for the past 5 years a break out. 10% move these days is like finding 10c on the ground. Uranium has hit its peak. It's just a crossover to blend the transition between oil/coal and fusion/solar. Though that transition will last another 10 years.
