1500 mintage for silver seems very low? Surely that's not right? I assume that's just for high relief?

 

1500 proofs, although as BB said, I'm sure they will capitalize on the BU too...get the expensive one out of the way, then bring in the dump truck. Lol. I'll pass on them too. I'll do the Antique version since I have 1, 2, and 3...

Hmmm. I’m not sure I follow. This gold piece isn’t out yet. And this was a private email I got from someone at govt mint letting me know that 209 are for U.S., the rest go to china. Thanks.

Perth Mint shows also the silver BU...

 

I don't mind that Silver version, although it does look a little cartoonish

Would be nice if they become available from late next week, because I'll be in Perth and be able to get some

 

Unable to see them on line for sale from here when I access the website, maybe only open to the Australian market as the mint can do in restricting the viewing of some coins

 

As I'm unable to view these on line would someone be kind enough to advise what the mint are selling these for and is there a limit per customer , thanks

I think none of them is released yet, the gold proof release has been announced to be 5th June - haven't seen the release date for BU. I just happened to bump into the silver BU page (it's not visible by accessing the PM website), the page is "in progress" IMO and not yet official.

yeah, a little disappointed in the design, Leo, it does look a little cartoon'ish.

 

what year is the year of the dragon ? hard to tell with the barrage of dragons
