    Also, on the 24th my wife gave birth to our first born daughter Lamiya.
    Lamiya : arabic, meaning "the shining one" or " the sparkling one ".
    Weight : 3.95 kg
    Height : 55 cm

    To celebrate this event, I am offering a 25 Schilling Austrian silver coin 0.800 Ag 0.3344 oz ASW up for prize to whoever
    guesses the price of silver in USD !! when market closes on friday the 4th of Feb. ( price info from this website ).

    As you can see it bears Maria Theresa Thaler image on the REVERSE - that coins discussed in another thread.


    Some rules:

    No Rules - closest price wins, with preference given to LOWER price as in example below



    closing spot ie. $30.84

    bidder A : $30.89 ( 5c over )
    bidder B: $30.79 ( 5c under )
    all other bidders outside of this range

    than bidder B wins the prize !

    It's great to see another proud Dad, congratulations, I think being a parent is the best job in the world. My 1st is a 5 week old boy and he has given me feelings I can't put into words, it's the best thing I have ever done.

    As I didn't budget for the baby bonus he's getting some 2010 coins put away for his 21st!
