Blimey. It goes to show that an expensive education doesn't make you smart. What a misguided, deluded moron. Although he skirts around some of the real causes he's punching at the wrong targets.

    Go Milton Friedman.

So many lines in the video above that made me laugh, I had to share it. Of course the kid is a fool, but a fine film maker.

Since Friedman died in 2006, a lot of this was shot when the going was still good. The old man still had it, though ("You just exhausted my patience, leave now!" :D ). You can guess what he would say about the Fed monetizing the US debt...

The Kinko guy got it right when he talks about the lava overflowing to the top.

The overall feeling watching this, is that's going to end up in a civil war between the rich and the poor, what else is new...

The Rothshilds knew what they were doing when they decided to be more discreet and use fronts like Rockefeller and JP Morgan at the end of the 19th century.

What I got out of this is was the impression that the fear that the extremely wealthy have of losing their wealth sees them withdrawing and trying to exert influence and control to be or feel secure, not realising that the very things they are doing in order to get the best deal for themselves precipitates the very festering resentment they fear. Being generous with your wealth instead of being overly protective of it (and doing things that, whether you mean to or not, oppress and are detrimental to the lives of the poor) is at the very least, enlightened self interest. I'm not saying the portrayal off all the wealthy in this video was fair or even accurate, but that's the sense I got from it. Fear can cause people to get all kinds of things very wrong and do great harm even if it was not intended.
