From that link: "AD 2012, Lunar Imjin "dragon" in silver color cast by the Australian Perth Mint issued Coin Investment Co., Ltd. China Baoquan total distribution. " So if you want em, don't call Perth mint, call those dudes.
Sorry guys for those that asked me for the contact for the dealer in Germany, I was away for the last few days. I stopped by his shop today and he is sold out completely and doesnt know when and if he will be getting more. He was only able to get 60 sets and theyre all gone. Folks this is shaping up to be one tough set to get outside of the Chinese market. Im sure the chinese will be having a tight grip on them
What about the golden or gilded Ring around the coin. Is it part of the coin or only part of the capsule ? Thanks ninteno
There has been talk on the forum that it is just part of the capsule, however I would like a definitive answer too
hallo lunar lovers i got 1 nine coin set dragon 2012 colour for sale from the netherlands highest offer
Wow! They sure um purdy... Is it just me or does PM go a whole lot further in the presentation of these to the CN market? VRS x
I bought mine from a local German dealer. He had ordered 60 sets initially which sold out within 1 day or two. The next offering he had was for 20 sets of which he sold out of those in hours. Overall he sold 80 sets. He actually flew to Shanghai and picked them up himself just last week. To my knowledge he was the only dealer in Germany to have them available and that was only due to his contacts in Shanghai from his previous employer. I doubt he has any plans to sell any more. 20,000 may not be rare but when a release is strictly done for the chinese market and distributed exclusively by a chinese coin company (and BTW this was actually a custom order by Baoquan Coins) then the best chances of acquiring a set is through Ebay and the sets are selling for over $2K. Hope you do find one though at a decent price
