Just like last year the Chinese - Baoquan Coins have a large quantity of coloured packaged 2013 Lunar Snakes. And like last year, the Chinese release the 2013 coloured bullion coins months before they are released in Australia. Next month, November, Perth will release the coloured gold and silver proof coloured editions so I don't think you'll see the bullion coins released for sometime. http://www.perthmint.com.au/forthcoming-releases.aspx Bullion coloured coins released in China http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f...ng/2013Kookaburra/SnakeParade_zps0343b47f.jpg Edit Sizes SILVER YEAR OF THE SNAKE - BULLION COLOURED (Items 44 - 49) The design for the 2013 Australian Lunar Year of the Snake (1kg, 10oz, 5oz, 2oz, 1oz and 1/2oz) silver bullion coloured coins consists of a representation of a coloured snake entwined on a branch, surrounded by a pattern of lines. I find it quite amusing how the coin no is 52022 when the mintage says 50000. I don't mind the green and gold which has some relevance to Australia.
Must be a mis-print! http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f...013Kookaburra/Certificatewank_zps15264d4f.jpg

thanks guys that's a big laugh in the office..... people around me wondering what I was laughing, looks like it is time to tell them about SS, and buy color snake to push the price up.
To be released! The Australian 6 coin coloured set. Due for release in Australia after the world is flooded with the Chinese releases. Itinery *Perth will issue the coloured bullion snake set in 2013. Price $5267 (50.65 oz @ $104 per ounce) *Once you have paid top dollar for your 6 coin set, Perth will flood the European market with rolls and rolls of coloured bullion coins! Now that's a plan!
No coin show version will be worth more than release price. Of about 20 different proof, bullion sizes and bullion colour only ONE will be worth buying and that will be the privy version ASSUMING it releases $2-$3 above spot. ALL the others will be like buying a new car...... as soon as you receive it, its worth less than what you paid for it. NONE of these lunar snakes that you get in your hand will you be able to turn around and sell at a profit. There's absolutely NO reason you'd buy any.....unless your aim is to lose money !
