    I don't think the privately managed funds will be any more likely to be safe to be honest. There's already been rumblings that the Govt is eyeing off those enterprising individuals as well.

    Super is a very easy target. It's something most people think little of, and doesn't affect their immediate future. I know a lot of employees, and they all wish they could spend it ASAP.

    Depends on the ideals behind it though.

    Granted, most plebs will just want to party and feed their consumer habits with it (knowing that the government will likely steal it anyway).

    It's either hand it to Swan n Co to piss up a wall or YOU have fun doing it yourself.

    In that respect, I can understand why people would want to do that.
