Today, whilst eyeballing a website containing disrobed persons interacting, I thought "Wouldnt it be handy if tags could be attached to SS threads." This would be very useful for all to find suitable subject matter for their particular interest, rather than trying (often in vain) to find stuff via our current 'search' function.
was that while you were watching, hide the kilo dragon videos? Those websites know how to let you find what your looking for
MMMmmm.... Eureka thinks of SS while watching people disrobing and interacting and a search of the entire site using the keyword disrobing reveals absolutely no hits at all. Interacting shows 18 hits but none by Eureka at all. The search function of SS has been lacking for quite a while now and people are (especially newbs) constantly referred to doing a search before asking a question. With the wealth of information available it would be quite handy to be able to do a specific search and have the information provided easily accessible. SS is becoming a worldwide popular site for precious metals with certain topics referenced by google within minutes but with updates of the site recently loosing much info provided by members over the last few years it begs the question of why and what is important. As always the site would not exist if not for the person/peoples responsible for providing the platform but it would also not be what it is without the contribution of those who choose to make it their home for precious metals concourse and communication. Recent "upgrades" have seen whole swathes of previous discourse disappear from the annals of SS for ever. Many a robust discussion that took place will never be seen again as a result and as a side note to others it is also a practice that colours the course of history. Just a shame that it happens here also. All that aside SS does need a proper search function, one that allows for more than a generic word or author search and can do history as well.
I've come to realise that spanner's helpful advice to newbie's to "search and you will find" is actually because he's a sadist.
Yes, #tag will be handy...or maybe just tag like facebook...so we don't have to send pm to another stacker "have-a-look-at-this-post".
I've used the feature all of 2 time's How am I suppose to know it's not functioning properly Sadist ? AAHH maybe
