Assuming this one is reliable (which it should be since from Bloomberg), it goes to show how important the ECB has been to prevent them going all Cyrpus on depositors. (Greece and Portugal in particular)
Like the little Dutch boy, they try valiantly to prevent the dam of debt from breaking by sticking the cash flowing into the German banking system back into the Greek one. Possibly this is the real reason why the Greeks didn't leave the Euro when they should have?
