Grrrr Sam I found this post after you posted the answer. I would have guessed the right was fake. My thinking that the Liberty headband kind of trails off to nowhere in the same way I mumble through an answer I'm not sure of, or make my handwrighting hard to read when I'm not too confident in a test. This text should be more readable, not just compared to the one on the right but compared to detail surrounding it.
