I was going through my things today and found an old collection of bank notes. Some of them are worth nothing and others are worth a few bucks. FOR SALE: All 24 bank notes including standard post for $10 With my limited research I list the ones that have any real value. Checked on ebay and other sites. 6,000 Indonesian Rupia about .70c 2 Latvian Divi/Rubli $4 1000 Korean WON $1.20 100 Polish Zloty $3.00 130 Yuan old Chiang Kai Shek notes $5 to $8 2,600 Lao Kip .40c 510 Cambodian Riel *nice note* .20c All the notes not mentioned are probably worth zero but they were legal tender at some stage. Here are the photos, thank you.
When I first googled 100 zloty it came up with a value of $37 AUD. But when I dug deeper this wasn't the case. They are selling those on ebay in Europe for around 3 Euros. I could be wrong though and you might have won the jackpot.
lol, what if i told you there are worth $47.85 No only kidding, i bought them as my 12 year old girl loves world coins, with the Polish notes been there in the mix and me been Polish i thought that i would give them to her for Xmas and see if world notes take her fancy. After all she likes taking her dads Australian Notes
As I said in my opening post, I did limited research and came up with this google search and it looked exactly like my notes. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1930s-Taiwan-Banknote-5-Yuan-Chiang-Kai-Shek-/202636546006 But since you mentioned the other name it looks like you are correct. Change the name but the value is still the same.
