Has anyone had any experience with using this product for their SMSF?

I have asked couple of questions about setting up asset classes for holding physical metals in their support forum, but am yet to hear back :(

    Any help greatly appreciated :)

Alternatively, any other suggestions/recommendations about similar software would be awesome-o.

    Thanks.

Another group that is Melbourne based in Hawthorn Rd East Brighton is BGL they are the same price and 70% of all SMSF's use this software. Problem is the program takes some getting use to and are very expensive to come out and train you. Have you just trialed the version or have you purchased it?.

    Where is Mysf's head office?

    Kind Regards

we use bgl but as NR says you need to be database and accounting savy, they do offer a free training course with the purchase and they give you a thumb drive which has training modules on it. Also we have found their telephone support to be excellent

Thanks NR - MySF software offer a free version for funds under $150k (which mine is) but I am no means married to it if I can't get any support in a reasonable time frame.

Their website lists a Victorian address:

    Postal Address:
    PO Box 847
    Lilydale
    Victoria 3140

BGL sounds like an option - I shall investigate further.

Thanks hiho - sounds like BGL might be worth a look.

Just a quick follow up - the support forum at mySF did get back to me with the details I needed, so I shall persevere, for a while longer at least.
