    I would like to see how many Gen Y Tasmanian's have a SMSF?

    Interesting to see the huge % in NSW and VIC.

    Will be interesting to see how the % emerges in WA and QLD over the next 2-4 years with the mining boom?

    Property held in an SMSF are another income stream that will allow you to stack bullion. The income is taxed at a concessional 15% or less if you have depreciation. If you operate a business from the SMSF property you can shelter your business income by paying a higher rent within reason.

    This means your business/individual taxable income is less. Plan, think, act and grow rich slowly year in year out.
