Looking to buy 2-3 100 oz bars. JM bullion has RMC (Republic Metals) cast bars and SMI (Sunshine) stamped bars, and on the fence as to which to buy. Price is about $20 difference.
My concern is which would be easier to sell if the time comes to do so. The RMC has some appeal as a poured bar, but the sunshine bar has the security feature.
If I sold back to JMB this probably would not be a concern, but if I sold to a local dealer or other collector, things might be different.
I know some worry about being drilled and filled, some may not. Poured has class, where stamped may not to some people.
RMC is recycled and not sure that Sunshine uses recycled metal.
I'm not worried about something having a higher premium down the road, I am only in it for the silver.
So.... which would be the better bar to buy (easiest to sell) knowing that someday I will be selling, either because silver goes to $50, or I retire and need cash.
I already have a lot of rounds, 1 and 10 oz bars, so time for something different.

Either both will be an issue selling, or neither will be, IMO

I had a similar conundrum, do I buy a Perth Mint 100 Oz with or without serial number on it
    I couldn't decide so I bought both

Seems that since you don't have to decided between them and only get one then I would go with what Andy28 suggested. Hedge your bet

100 Oz bars are pretty cool... my next bar purchase is a 5 kg while spot is down

Ask the dealers you think you might be selling to if they have a preference or price difference on the different bars.
