Hi, Just came back from Sydney's Jewellery fair and met a bloke from A&E Metals who is making a sterling silver product (alloy) that won't tarnish. Basically, it will oxidise but as there is no copper, the layer of oxidisation is clear, and so can't be seen. So, it is better than regular sterling. It is sold to Palloys for casting, and there is a 5% premium. Apparently is polishes much better as it is stronger. Just wanted to share. It was really shiny!!! There were two side-by-side samples, made at the same time and naturally the difference was noticeable. Shiny.
