    Double sealed 1996 large date

Does anyone agree that this has been struck thru something?

Can I sell it on ebay for an arm and a leg or at least $88,888.88 ? :p

Looks like a hair or fibre got in the die. Hair will result in damage like this.

It's not really an error, I would consider that damage.

Not sure anyone wants to pay an arm/leg for a coin that has a piece of hair stuck in it?

If it was the result of a die crack (i.e. the actual die was damaged), then it would possibly be considered an error coin - but unfortunately that's just contamination. Bad panda.

I was referring to this coin.
    https://www.ngccoin.com/certlookup/index.aspx?CertNumber=3702598-001

    I thought it looked similar.
It was on ebay for $14,888.88 !!

I don't have anything else to compare to.
I have seen a double sealed panda with an actual hair inside.
Thought it interesting until I was told it was resealed
