Silver halide for touch screens

    Sorry if this has been covered, it appears silver halide is being looked at as a cost saving alternative to current indium tin oxide (rare earth metal) in touch screen devices. Understanding the small quantities being spoken of but on a large scale interested in hearing opinions on what impact this might have on industrial demand if it becomes the go to technology for touch screens.

    interesting. most people worry about what silver will be replaced by rather than what silver will replace.
