    Hi all,

Very new to the forum but have been lurking around, this might seem to be an inadequate question, but are the silver bullion premium on bars such as PAMP Suisse worth it?

Is silver simply just silver, or will the added international name of PAMP add to the value.

Would you personally buy PAMP and other brands with high premiums or simply stick with the low premium bullion.

    Thanks in advance

I buy what is easiest to sell. Perth Mint and PAMP both fall into this category in Australia.
IMHO, the philosophy that "silver is silver" applies only until you try to sell.

I think the premiums for the kilo PAMP's are reasonable and worth it, not so much for the 1oz horse etc.

Of the few times I've sold on here, PM, PAMP and Scottsdale always went first and I always got back the premium I paid. Bars like OPM and NTR took a little bit longer but still sold in the end after a few price drops. For the extra few dollars I'll always go for PAMP when buying a kilo bar.
