i guess there's multiple questions here ... i can assume that most of the coins would come back MS69 and perhaps score an MS70 - would anyone here be able to tell the difference? is it something i, a mere mortal, might discern?

i am in the u.s., so submitting to p.c.g.s. isn't prohibitive - so the other question is, is it better to keep it as it is, or open the sheet and send the individual capsules to pcgs for grading? because if it is kind of the same i'd probably send them off so that i can unload some. though personally i think slabs are depressing, tombstones, herein lies a coin that was taken away ...

2011... i wouldn't bother. Not much more for graded 2011, you'd lose on costs of grading lol.

Yes agree totally, however is this is a quick flip or a longer term investment ?

I still think buying 70s for 2011 would be cheaper than sending the sheet to grade and ending up with a mix of 70/69/68s.

I'd wait a couple years and check price range on coins then, before perhaps submitting for grading.

You might over capitalise on your coins.

    At the moment...........NO

Cheapest MS70 2011 I could find on eBay AU is ~$120.

eBay US showing a lot of auctions finishing under $100.

I'm sure if you are in the US you can find cheaper than that.

perhaps this is a different thread - or more likely it already exists somewhere here ... do you think PCGS has a quota, that 95% of coins must be graded below MS70? or do you think there's some real merit ... like might i be able to discern a higher grade from among those in my sheet? if you have an MS69 and an MS70 side-by-side, can you tell the difference (and if you do/can, i'd love to see side-by-side photos!)?

You'd need to have a 5x magnifier to tell the difference.

+1 to those saying wait for submission.

If (when) you do decide to submit them, DO NOT remove them from their packaging. Let the experts at NGC or PCGS do that. They are much less likely to damage your coins.
