    Hi all,
Just wondering what value people would put on the 1oz, series 2, coloured proofs (boxed with COA)..
Individually or as a complete set (mouse to horse)...
    ????

Look forward to hearing your thoughts.

I'm thinking Horse Snake Rabbit Dragon Ox Mouse Tiger, absolutely no idea on prices...

Hi, Apart from the Dragon and Snake, I never seen any other coloured proof coin from previous years

I think I got a Rabbit but it might not have been proof, it was only about $70 but it came in a case from the Post Office.

I don't hink much of them and doubt that I would even get my money back on the coloured proof Dragon unless someone really wanted it.

I am a fan of them. As far as collecting attractive coins goes , I like them.. I know they are tough to get hold of now, well at least a few of them.

1 oz colored proof began with the dragon (no mouse, tiger, ox or rabbit; those are colored bullion) with 10.000 mintage.

I think they are very nice coins, and got som of the dragons. The price dropped significantly on them (on ebay at least): from around 90 to about 50. I bought some more at that price. They don't seem to popular at the moment. But they are very very nice coins, so I'm holding on to them :) Think I'll stay with the dragon only though (except if snake or horse prices tumble towards 40)

    Picture coming up later :)
