Hi guys, Reading from another post got me thinking again about something I have been looking at for a while: semi-numi gold coins. There seem to be plenty of silver options, the kooks are a sure value and so are the lunars to a certain extend. There are also plenty of silver coins series. But I have found it harder to identify the semi-numi plays in gold. Apart from the lunars, I am not sure what coins qualify? The pandas were a decent play so far, but now that the purity and weight are gone, I am not sure if they still are? Apart from the lunars and pandas, what are other coins that you would consider as part of a semi-numi stacking approach? Thanks guys

Semi-numismatics are frequently used for stacking purposes. They are made of a metal of high purity with (by definition in Australian usage) half as much base metal as precious metal, beyond which it is called "bullion." Semi-numismatics do not contain milk spots.[2] [2] http://www.joyofbaking.com/other/glossaryQ-Z.html#Semisweet Chocolate
