Semi kooks, lunars... Minted until?

    Hi all,

    With regards to coins such as kooks, lunars etc. Can someone please explain the minted until process. Say for example a lunar can be reminted until 2017, does this actually still make them semis?

    I'd say so. Kilo Dragons, Tigers etc still sell for a hefty premium despite the possibility of a remint so to me that makes them semi-numi.
