I obtained this necklace at a yard sale and am quite puzzled by its markings. There appear to be 3 markings in all; the first reads "916" and is on the inside of the clasp, the second reads "RE" and is on a connecting ring, and the third reads "E*S16" and is located on the apposing connecting ring. Inside the star there appears to be another mark but it is too small for me to see. Any ideas? See the attached pics of the marks.
