Unfortunately time is running out for him to repay me. I purchased 2 tube of maples from this member in late march, and after many delays, he admits he doesnt have the coins and has no money to repay me. This came as a complete surprise because i made a couple of purchases from him previously and they all showed up without any issue. He told me he was a victim of gang crime and cant report it to the police because they have details of his family. Apparently they took everything. Initially i felt sorry for him but after almost 6month, i think its getting increasing unlikely that I will get anything back.
That's surprising he has 62 feedback... Get in contact with the admins maybe they can give you his email? Gang crime? Should have had a better excuse than that

Feedback means sh*t. Treat everyone as 0 feedback. This clown is a fraud. Even an offer to repay @ $20/pw would have gone a long way to alleviate the issue by now. But nup.
Sorry to hear about your lose. It really sucks. Scams are becoming all so frequent on the forum of late. And as I predicted some time ago will continue to get worse. The only possible reason why this person cannot pay is that this forum member has passed away. Apart from that there is no excuse.
He finally picked up the phone today, and he told me "you need to be patient". So I replied its been 7 month mate, havent I been patient enough? He then just told me to do what i have to do and hung up

I trade with him before, it is at Western suburb, we even drove to his front house to pick up his stash. He drive a nice Merc. I don't think he will be running away for such a small amount ? Our trade last time was big. Dean, I presume you want to make good on this maples transaction ?
I traded with him on a number of occasions and he was great, then on our last trade (in March) he said he was in trouble, and I believed him with all my heart, but its been 7 months now and he still hasnt honoured our transaction
understand the situation. last time he was selling off his stash to pay for property. not sure what he is doing now. anything we can do to help you out here ? maybe we can go to visit him at his house, but that doesnt mean he will be able to give you 2 tube of maples. maybe you guys need to work out some sort of fiat payment plan to get it squared up.
If it was me he would be paying one way or another,and being so long the other way would be my preference
When someone does this to one of us SS stackers it's like they are doing it to all of us. It hurts this communities trust. Small monthly payments is sign of good intent to pay person back....eventually. Hopefully you get it back.
