Anyone here collect the RCM swarovski crystal colorised coins? Any thoughts on these? I've bought a few and some have tooling marks on the reeded edge. I was told by APMEX after returning one for exchange that these marks were caused during installation of the crystals. I recieved the exchange but with lesser tool marks. I was also told by Talisman that apparently quality control was not worried about this. Beautiful coins but disappointed.

Justfishin what do you mean by raising the mintage. The 2011 crystal coins are @ 10,000 mintage according to the mint website. Has the mint announced this years colorised crystal? If so were can I find this?

Previous years are only 5000 mintage--way higher gains to be had--at 10,000---not so much----I am looking to move the previous ones if you are interested

These are the mintage numbers I found:
2008 (15,000) maple leaf crystal raindrop
    2009 (10,000) autumn showers
    2010 (10,000) summer seeds
    2010 (10,000) lily/lotus
    2011 (10,000) wild rose
2011 (10,000) maple leaf crystal raindrop

I have the 2009 and the 2011 maple leaf . Paid about the same as what the mint is offering for the 2011. The rest are on order from Talisman and should arrive anyday. Prices from Talisman seem to be the cheapest of dealers on the web. The 2008 was a little steep @ 149.95 US. Are there other RCM crystal maple leaves? From what I've found this is all of them. They are still available from a few different dealers. So makes me wonder about the popularity. I wish they would drop the mintage down on the next ones.

That's alright. I was beginning to think we were talking about two different things. Anyway what's your take or anybody's for that matter on the COLORISED crystal coins the RCM is distributing?

Yes. I personally think they are beautiful coins. Do you know how popular they are? I see them in stock at a few dealers so I would assume the demand is not that great. My guess the higher mintage is affecting this.
