    So today whilst clearing out part of our garage, I managed to find these older coins, my Mum has had them some years now, I'll be trying to figure out what they are (except #3, I know what that is from a quick Google) in the coming days but thought I'd ask here also. Sorry about the quality of the photos, just my phone :)

    #4 is the pick of this bunch... It's a good condition British Penny.

    #1 is a Maria Theresa Thaler

    #2 is a medallion of some type.

    #2 is a commemorative medallion issued for the marriage of Albert Prince of Wales to Princess Alexandra of Denmark on 10th March 1863.

    Albert Prince of Wales succeeded Queen Victoria on 22nd January 1901 to the British throne and was known thereafter as King Edward VII.

    Top job in identifying these coins. Any idea as to value. when I first looked at them my first thought was WOW. Why didn't my family collect coins. Then I was wondering as to modern day evaluations. Very knowledgeable, you must have some idea...

    As a side to this topic, as much as many people dislike the Star Wars series of coins out of NZ I reckon that will have my 12 year old son hooked on coins for life. If not it may be enough to start him on his own quest.

    #3 is a 1976 Eisenhower USA dollar 3 bucks
    #4 is a Birtish Penny 15 bucks
