    Recommend Goldstackers too

From another thread a few days ago
Also have to pay insurance, which I remember ended costing more than the few dollars savings I was making.

Sometimes, saving a few dollars is not worth the hassle. Not too mention you might be missing out on having a relationship with your local dealer.

I know it's similar to walking out of a bank, am I just paranoid,
but wouldn't walking out of a bullion dealer be an obvious target for would be thieves?
I mean, wouldn't someone that is desperate for bullion and is into robbing homes simply
stand out front of a bullion shop and follow people home?
be it train, tram or car, over a short time they could gather so much intelligence they'd be set,
at least know which houses to try.

not to mention the gov't virtually tracking everyone that walks in cities these days,
who know's maybe they have camera's tracking everyone who goes in & out of bullion shops aswell.
maybe to keep track of known subjects trying to launder money on smaller levels, whatever,
but I just find it a bit daunting knowing big brother is watching.

I consider postage same as travel, depends on how you value your time but for me i'd rather pay a few bucks
to have it delivered then wasting time travelling.

The thing is, if the postie that delivered a huge amount of metals to your house is dodgy, they could also target your house.

For what it's worth - maybe not a whole lot - I can recommend GS for inconspicuous purchases in Melb. I'm just as paranoid as the next guy but I gotta say, I'd be very surprised if someone saw you exiting the massive city high-rise (that houses heaps of different businesses, studios, etc) and automatically assumed you had a pocket full of sovereigns.
