Am wondering about this coin?

Are there 2 versions? One proof and one nonproof?

Why are the ones graded as MS selling for more than the PR/PF?

What are the values?

One is matte and the other is not.

Pricepedia has the value but I don't have it on hand to check.

There is also a piedfort 1oz version (also 35 yuan) that ranges from 22K to 26K - couple of gold versions are there as well.
